Garden Cottage, the largest cottage on the Estate, snuggles into the south-west corner of the organic walled garden at Bawdsey Manor. It is opposite the Art Center and Gallery.

The Cottage has 3 upstairs bedrooms: 1 large double with views over the organic garden and grounds down to the Deben River, 2 twin bedrooms and bathroom. Downstairs there is sitting room, dining room, large kitchen, shower and lavatory, parking for 2 cars, patio and a long enclosed garden in the Walled Garden.

There is plenty to do on the Estate. We have Tennis, Badminton and Squash court available for hire. Our Art Courses run at various times of the year and our Watersports Centre next door offers sailing and powerboating courses accredited by the Royal Yachting Association (RYA). The new Sutton Hoo Visitor Centre has just opened, and the Castles, Art Galleries and concerts halls of the Aldeburgh Festival at Snape Maltings complement the local walks and cycle routes of Suffolk.
