The special Suffolk light and rich variety of landscapes has been a source of inspiration for Constable, Turner, Steer, Mackintosh and Spencer.
The new Bawdsey Manor Art Centre & Gallery is now open for day and residential art courses as well as for A Level portfolio work and as a gallery space for exhibitions.
Artist David Trenow offers courses which aim to develop new and exciting approaches to land and seascape, still life, architectural drawing and imaginative composition. Students will be encouraged to work on their own projects with individual support from the course tutor and group demonstrations of relevant techniques and approaches.
